I just encountered a woman in the grocery store –brightly coloured hair and toothless. She was mid 70s and in a wheelchair.  I encountered her at the bottom of a ramp in the middle of the grocery store as she raised her hand and looked up and said, “get here as fast as you can”.  I walked past her but curiousity drew me back, so I said to her, “Excuse me, but I overheard what you said. Were you speaking to God?”. To which she replied, “I don’t believe in that shit. I was talking about Trump and Putin. Nobody else.”  I probed, “What do you mean?” She gave no response. I walked away . I have concluded, erroneously or not, this is what a Trump/Putin supporter looks like… at least one of them.

Easy question.     The answer can be found in any online Comment section:     not in the negative comments expressed by the trolls (narcissistic, attention-seeking, short-sighted, destructive individual), but by the Likes their negative comments elicit.

Once everyone is beautiful, then no-one is beautiful; you have to draw the line somewhere between beauty and not otherwise the word ceases to have meaning;     you need good to define bad; you need dark to define light, etc.     Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Beauty contests got this right years ago.     They made a decision where to draw the line, and then the definition of beauty changed for beauty contests.     Do we change the standards again to ? I would be in favour of Jordan Peterson as a judge among judges in ANY beauty contest – because I can handle the truth.
